- LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) is offered on all Live Feeder orders provided the correct shipping option is chosen. If you request shipping regardless of our suggestions to wait due to weather or reported shipping delays then our LAG is voided. During extreme heat over 80F or cold below 40, our LAG will require you to request that your order be held at your local post office or FedEx hub for pickup. Be sure to track your order and pick it up the same day it arrives.. Please be advised that the ship date may be delayed at our discretion based on the weather from our location to yours, or shipping carriers are reporting delays. If your order is delayed due to the weather we will try to inform you as soon as possible, however, we request that you keep up to date by following our FB page for notifications of shipping changes due to weather or shipping issues with a carrier.
Do not order Dubias if you live in FL, GA, LA, HI, or AK, your order will be canceled due to your local state laws.
