Most orders for Dry Goods and Supplies will ship the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders for Dry Goods and Live Feeders may be split for the safety of Live Feeders.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for orders with live feeder insects, package(s) will need to be held for pickup to qualify when temperatures are below 40° F and above 80° F. All live animals will ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays Only.
Do not order Dubias if you live in FL, GA, LA, HI, or AK, your order will be canceled due to your local state laws.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We reserve the right to delay live animal shipping due to weather from our facility to your location or in between for the safety of all live animals.
