All orders are processed and shipped as soon as the next business day when the order is placed by 12 PM EST, please choose your ship date during checkout.
- All orders with live items will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday via Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground only. If your scheduled ship date falls on a federal holiday please note that shipping will happen the following shipping day.
Dry Goods
- If dry-good items are ordered at the same time as live insects, they will be shipped with the live items when possible, or for the safety of live animals will be shipped separately and may be shipped sooner than the rest of the order.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns and Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately via [email protected]. Please include your order number and the issue with your order.
- LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) is offered on all Live Feeder orders provided the correct shipping option is chosen. If you request shipping regardless of our suggestions to wait due to weather or reported shipping delays then our LAG is voided. During extreme heat or cold, our LAG may require you to request that your order be held at your local post office or hub for pickup. Be sure to track your order and pick it up the same day it arrives at the post office. Please be advised that the ship date may be delayed at our discretion based on the weather from our location to yours, or shipping carriers are reporting delays. If your order is delayed due to the weather we will try to inform you as soon as possible, however, we request that you keep up to date by following our FB page for notifications of shipping changes due to weather or shipping issues with a carrier.
